1. Purpose

nikamubarak.com is a Muslim matrimonial platform built to facilitate halal marriages based on Islamic principles of trust, dignity, and simplicity. We do not support or entertain the dowry system, middleman/agent commission exploitation, or activities that contradict Islamic or Indian law.

2. Eligibility

  • Users must be 18 years or older to register.

  • By creating an account, you confirm that the information provided is true and accurate.

  • The platform is strictly for matrimony purposes only and not a dating or casual relationship service.

3. User Accounts

  • Registration requires a valid mobile number with OTP verification at every login.

  • Users may upload a profile photo, name, and general details, but email and mobile number will remain hidden unless permission is granted via the request/accept system.

  • Admins reserve the right to verify profiles and label them as “trusted.”

4. Privacy & Data Security

  • Contact details are shared only after mutual acceptance.

  • All user data is protected; we never display personal contact info without consent.

  • Any misuse, fake profiles, vulgar or indecent content, or communal/anti-social activity will lead to immediate suspension and reporting to cybercrime authorities.

5. Content Guidelines

  • Users must not upload indecent, obscene, or inappropriate photos.

  • Misuse of the platform for adultery, dating, or non-Islamic purposes is strictly prohibited.

  • Violators will face account termination and possible legal action.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Nikah Mubarak offers subscription packages via RazorPay Payment Gateway.

  • Subscription access is time-limited as per the selected plan.

  • Payments are non-refundable (see Refund Policy).

7. Intellectual Property

The website, mobile app, logo, brand name, and trademarks are the exclusive property of NOOR E MUJASSIM EVENTS SERVICES OPC PVT LTD. Unauthorized use, copying, or infringement will invite legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nikah Mubarak is not responsible for the actions of users outside the platform. We do not guarantee marriage; we only provide a platform for introductions.
