By purchasing a subscription or using any paid service on our platform, you agree to the following Refund Policy:
Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:
Duplicate Charges – If a user is mistakenly charged more than once for the same subscription plan due to a technical error.
Payment Gateway Errors – If a failed transaction results in a deduction of funds without subscription activation.
Users must raise a refund request by contacting support@nikamubarak.com within 7 days of the transaction.
Refund requests should include:
Registered mobile number
Transaction ID / Payment receipt
Reason for the refund request
The Nikah Mubarak support team will verify the request and update the user within 10 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Refund will be credited within 10 - 15 days to the original payment method.
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
User dissatisfaction due to lack of matches or marriage not taking place.
Profile suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms & Conditions.
Unused subscription period or early cancellation by the user.
