At Nikah Mubarak, operated by NOOR E MUJASSIM EVENTS SERVICES OPC PVT LTD, we value the trust of our users and are committed to providing transparent policies regarding payments and refunds. By purchasing a subscription or using any paid service on our platform, you agree to the following Refund Policy:

1. General Policy

  • All subscription purchases made through nikamubarak.com or the Nikah Mubarak Mobile Application are final and non-refundable.
  • No refunds will be provided for change of mind, partial usage, or early cancellation of services.
  • Refund will be credited within 10 - 15 days to the original payment method

2. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:

  • Duplicate Charges – If a user is mistakenly charged more than once for the same subscription plan due to a technical error.

  • Payment Gateway Errors – If a failed transaction results in a deduction of funds without subscription activation.

3. Refund Request Procedure

  • Users must raise a refund request by contacting support@nikamubarak.com within 7 days of the transaction.

  • Refund requests should include:

    • Registered mobile number

    • Transaction ID / Payment receipt

    • Reason for the refund request

  • The Nikah Mubarak support team will verify the request and update the user within 10 business days.

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

  • Refund will be credited within 10 - 15 days to the original payment method.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • User dissatisfaction due to lack of matches or marriage not taking place.

  • Profile suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms & Conditions.

  • Unused subscription period or early cancellation by the user.
