Government-issued ID proofs are not required.
Sensitive financial details (other than payments via RazorPay gateway) are not stored.
Personal details remain private until both parties accept a contact request.
Data is used only for matrimonial matching and not for advertising or resale.
OTP login is mandatory at every session.
Profiles flagged or reported are reviewed and, if necessary, sent to cybercrime authorities.
Users may delete their profile at any time.
Deleted profiles are permanently removed from our servers after 30 days.

📜 Photo Sharing & Privacy Policy
1. Mutual Photo Access
When you click Send Photo Interest on a member’s profile, you are:
Granting that member access to view your uploaded photos.
Requesting access to view their uploaded photos.
If you accept a photo interest request from another member, both of you will then be able to view each other’s uploaded photos in your galleries.
Photo access is mutual and conditional. Both members will only gain gallery access once the request is accepted.
2. Member Consent
No photos will be shared without explicit action by the member.
By accepting a photo interest request, you agree to allow the requesting member to view your uploaded photos, and in return, you gain access to their gallery.
You can choose to decline or ignore photo interest requests without any obligation.
3. Profile Photo Visibility
Your Profile Photo is always publicly visible to all registered members for identification purposes.
Your Gallery Photos remain protected by default and will only be accessible after mutual acceptance of a photo interest request.
4. Privacy & Security
All Gallery Photos uploaded to NikaMubarak.com are protected and stored securely.
Photos are never made publicly searchable on the internet. Only registered members with mutual approval can access them.
Members are strongly advised to upload respectful and genuine photos. Any misuse or inappropriate content may lead to account suspension, and legal action will be initiated if required.
5. Respect & Etiquette
Members must respect the privacy of others and must not misuse or share downloaded photos outside the platform.
Harassment, misuse of content, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated, and such actions are considered a punishable offence under the law.
6. Reporting & Support
If you believe your photos have been misused, please report the issue to our support team immediately.
NikaMubarak.com reserves the right to investigate and take necessary action, including restricting accounts or initiating legal proceedings if required.
📞 Contacts View Policy
Your contact details remain hidden by default.
Only members with an active Premium Plan can unlock and view contacts.
Each unlocked contact is counted against the plan limit (e.g., 50 unlocks = 50 views).
