Cancellation Policy

• Users may cancel auto-renewal of subscription at any time via their account settings.
• Once a subscription period begins, it cannot be cancelled for refund.
• Cancelled accounts remain active until the end of the paid subscription period.
• Cancellations should be done within 7 days

5. Refund Policy

• All subscription purchases are final and non-refundable.
• No refunds will be issued for partial usage or early cancellation.
• Refunds are issued only in cases of:
  • Technical errors resulting in duplicate charges.
  • Payment gateway errors.
• Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of the transaction.
• Refund will be credited within 10 - 15 days to the original payment method
